Michele Macauda is currently a Senior Technical Marketing Manager for SiC MOSFET at STMicroelectronics Italia. From 2017 to 2022, Michele was a pioneer in the market introduction and promotion of SiC MOSFET technology, beginning with its first generation in 2014. Prior to that, Michele held several roles at STMicroelectronics from 2010 to 2016, including Senior Technical Marketing Manager and Technical Marketing Manager for Advanced Technologies, where they focused on introducing wideband gap technologies like SiC and GaN. Michele earned a degree in Electronics from the University of Catania and studied Business Administration at MIP Politecnico di Milano.
