Mirko Lanteri, FCCA, currently serves as the Power Transistors Sr. Financial Controller at STMicroelectronics since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mirko was the FP&A Manager for Europe at Kaleyra from January 2022 to November 2023. With significant experience at EY from November 2014 to January 2022 as Manager in Transaction Diligence, Mirko provided critical financial analysis and insights to assist C-suite and top management in making informed business and investment decisions. Earlier roles at EY included Manager and Executive in Transaction Diligence and a Senior position in Assurance at the Global Reporting Center of Excellence. Within Gerson Lehrman Group, Mirko was involved in Member Solutions for the EMEA region from June 2012 to June 2014. Mirko holds various educational qualifications, including a Master’s Degree in Business Administration focused on Financial Reporting and Finance from Università degli Studi di Padova, and is currently pursuing ACCA certification.
