Nicolas Pialot

Nicolas Pialot is an experienced R&D process engineer specializing in plasma dicing applications at STMicroelectronics since May 2022. Prior to this role, Nicolas served as an R&D Application Chemist at Technic Inc. from January 2016 to April 2022, contributing to the development of semiconductor industry products such as post-etch residue removers and PR strippers, while also providing technical support for customers and suppliers. Nicolas began the professional journey with various internships, including research and innovation in dental composites at Innovation & Al, and multiple engineering roles focusing on synthesis and characterization techniques at Solvay and CNRS. Academically, Nicolas holds a degree in Physical Chemistry and a Master's in Chemistry from Ecole supérieure de Chimie organique et minérale.
