Olivier Ardesi has extensive experience in leading lean transformations and change management within STMicroelectronics since October 1999. Currently serving as the Head of Lean & Change Office in the Group HR Digital Transformation & IT department, Olivier oversees company-wide initiatives in supply chain and product life cycle management, promoting lean culture and practices across various functions. Previous roles include Corporate Lean Office Manager, Central Manufacturing Lean Program Manager, and Production Area Manager, where Olivier has driven significant cultural and organizational changes. Additionally, Olivier co-founded Dyneo, a Lean School aimed at enhancing lean deployment in regional companies. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from emlyon business school and an Engineer's degree from CentraleSupélec.
