Pascal Le Gall is currently the Responsable ingénierie fabrication at STMicroelectronics, a position held since 2014, where they manage a team of engineers and technicians involved in quality and safety programs. Prior to this role, they served as Responsable de produit from 2011 to 2013, leading a team focused on product yield and process management, and as an Ingénieur Produit et industrialisation from 1999 to 2010, where they optimized manufacturing yields and supported production processes. Pascal earned a DESS in Composants Electroniques from Université de Rennes 1 in 1998.
