Currently serving as a Project Leader at STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific PTE LTD, Philip excels in driving new product development, enhancing profitability through strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration across diverse organizational units. Previously, Philip has held roles that included leading product quality improvement initiatives and earning recognition as 'Best Employee of the Quarter' for exceptional performance. Philip holds a Master’s degree in Microelectronics from Mapúa University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from the Technological University of the Philippines.
