Randy Cordero

Randy Cordero is a Senior Equipment/Process Engineer at ST Microelectronics, where they focus on process and yield improvement while managing a preventative maintenance program. With 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and additional expertise in solar manufacturing and auto wire harnessing, Randy has developed a strong foundation in equipment engineering and productivity enhancement methodologies such as KAIZEN and SPC/CNT. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Saint Louis University and have demonstrated leadership and project management skills throughout their career. Prior to their current role, Randy held various engineering positions in organizations like Cypress Semiconductor and SunPower Philippines.
