Richard Rembert has over two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Senior Engineer R&D at STMicroelectronics since September 2007, specializing in BGA/LGA substrate technology and design rules management. Prior to this role, Richard was a BGA substrate designer at STMicroelectronics from 2002 to 2006 and worked in the bumping process area at SILMAG from January 1997 to August 1998. Richard holds an educational background from Grenoble INP - UGA.
