Ro Chawla

Ro Chawla currently serves as the Regional Vice President and Head of Sales for Southeast Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand at STMicroelectronics, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Chawla was the Head of Customer Experience and Enablement and Vice President of Sales for the same regions at Renesas Electronics from October 2022 to June 2025, also overseeing the Automotive Business Unit in Asia Pacific. Chawla's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Intel Corporation from January 2016 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing sales and marketing in Malaysia and Singapore, as well as sales for the Programmable Solutions Group across Asia Pacific. Chawla's career began at Altera, where multiple roles spanned from Regional Sales Manager to Senior Manager in Product and Corporate Marketing from January 1997 to December 2015. Educational credentials include an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BSEE from The University of Texas at Austin.
