Roberto Forzese

Roberto Forzese is currently the ERM Program Director at STMicroelectronics, a position they have held since 2023. With extensive experience at the company since 1997, Roberto has served in various roles, including Device Engineer, Device Engineering Director, and Process Control Manager, where they were responsible for significant yield enhancements and process improvements. Roberto's leadership capabilities were highlighted through the management of teams, driving initiatives that led to substantial cost savings and efficiency gains across multiple manufacturing sites. They are also pursuing a Master's degree in Physics from the Università di Catania.
