Roberto Gennaccari

Roberto Gennaccari is an experienced supply chain professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Supply Chain Director at ST Microelectronics since March 2018, Gennaccari oversees the supply chain organization at the Malta production site, focusing on automotive and MEMS consumer products. Prior roles include Associate Supply Chain Director at Pactics Ltd/Luxottica Group, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain integration for eyewear production, and Head of Supply Chain at Nagra, leading global performance reviews and restructuring efforts. Gennaccari has developed high-performance supply chains across various companies, including Heidenhain Corporation and NemeriX, and has a solid foundation in establishing and optimizing supply chain operations from earlier roles at both STMicroelectronics and McKinsey & Company. Gennaccari holds a Master's degree in Economical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and further advanced studies in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with several certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
