Stéphane Brochen is an experienced researcher in semiconductor devices and processes. They served as a research engineer at CNRS from 2014 to 2015, where they developed transparent conductive materials and LED structures. Previously, from 2007 to 2009, Stéphane worked at CEA, focusing on surface characterizations of ZnO and its applications in LED lighting. Additionally, Stéphane held various positions at STMicroelectronics in 2022, including Manager of Device Engineering. They earned a PhD in Semiconductors Physics from Université Grenoble Alpes in 2012, following a Master’s degree in Physics and a DUT in Mesures Physiques.
