Stéphane Hardillier is currently the Head of R&D programs at the Crolles 300mm fab, where they manage and coordinate technology developments between the Technology Design Platform and Fab Operations. They have previously worked at IBM Microelectronics as a Quality and Reliability Engineer, and at STMicroelectronics as a Device and Yield Engineer, contributing to various CMOS technologies and improving product yields and performance. Stéphane began their career as a Failure Analysis and Reverse Engineering Scientist at CELAR and has expertise in both imaging technologies and device engineering. They hold a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Physics and Materials from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rennes.
