Stephane Rodriguez is an experienced verification consultant and engineer with a solid background in UVM verification for IPs and SoC level integration. Current roles include consulting at STMicroelectronics and leading verification efforts at Dolphin Design. Previous positions at notable companies like Infineon Technologies, PLDA, and Thales Avionics reflect expertise in managing verification teams, project planning, and using advanced verification methodologies, including requirement-based verification and flow automation. Stephane has also held leadership roles at Amesys and Inside Contactless, where responsibilities included training and project management. Education was completed at Polytech'Montpellier. Additionally, Stephane is the CEO of RS Solutions Lab and Nous, On Aime, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit.
