V Suradren is a seasoned engineering professional with over 30 years of experience, including 22 years in leadership roles managing intricate maintenance and engineering projects at esteemed organizations like STMicroelectronics, SEKI Technotron Asia Pte Ltd, and Applied Materials. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at STMicroelectronics, they lead a team of 68 to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement in equipment engineering and maintenance. V has been instrumental in achieving zero manufacturing disruptions and developing effective strategies that significantly enhance productivity and reduce costs.
