Vinod Goel

Vinod Goel is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at STMicroelectronics since June 2016, Vinod previously held significant positions such as CFO and Head of Global Finance Shared Service at Xchanging from April 2010 to June 2016, and CFO at Indiamart Intermesh Limited from August 2009 to April 2010. Earlier roles include Director of Finance and Head of Finance at Xchanging and a progression of finance management positions at Newgen Software from May 1995 to August 2005. Vinod began a career in finance as a Finance Officer at the Aditya Birla Group in 1994. Academically, Vinod holds an Executive Leadership Program certification from the University of Warwick, a Chartered Accountant qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a CMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
