Walim Ben Naceur

Walim Ben Naceur, PhD, is a seasoned professional with approximately 15 years of experience in engineering within both industrial and academic settings, particularly in the realms of materials science and microelectronics. Currently, they serve as the Physical Failure Analysis Team Manager at STMicroelectronics, where they oversee a team of around ten analysts and focus on advancing technical improvements and quality initiatives. Previously, Walim held various engineering and managerial roles across multiple organizations, including Presto Engineering and CEA, contributing to significant advancements in failure analysis and packaging technologies. They completed a PhD in Electronics with summa cum laude distinction from Université Bordeaux I and have been actively involved in research and international conferences throughout their career.
