Xavier Pedron

Xavier Pedron has extensive experience in semiconductor process engineering, having worked as a FEOL Process Integration Engineer at STMicroelectronics from September 2019 to August 2019, focusing on 40nm eNVM devices. Prior roles include Senior Process Engineer, where responsibilities included managing TEOS LPCVD processes and improving process robustness and yield, as well as serving as a Shift Support Engineer for the diffusion process section during production ramp-up. Xavier also has experience with Philips Research as an Engineer, concentrating on electrical characterization for CMOS 32nm devices, and completed a stagiaire position at Wake Forest University, which involved research on carbon nanotubes and nonlinear optical property characterization. Xavier holds a Master's degree in Physics with a specialty in Materials and Nanotechnology from Université de Rennes I.
