ST Talent is a Wakefield-based, multi-sector recruitment consultancy supporting businesses across the UK with permanent, temporary and interim hiring.

Led by experienced, hands-on recruiters Sam McIlroy and Tom Sharp, we focus on getting the basics right. We take the time to understand your business, know the market, and deliver people who can actually do the job.

We recruit across:
• Sales
• Marketing
• eCommerce and Retail
• Finance
• Business Support
• Technology including Product
• Project and Change

We work with a range of businesses from FTSE 100's to start up businesses and everything in-between, supporting everything from key hires to building out teams. Our approach is straightforward and honest, without overcomplicating the process.

If we are working a role, it is because we are confident we can deliver.

We also recognise that recruitment is not just about roles and CVs. The decisions we support have a real impact on people’s lives and careers, so we take that responsibility seriously. For candidates, that means clear communication, honest feedback, and opportunities that genuinely align with their skills, ambitions and lifestyle.

Operating from Wakefield, we support clients and candidates across the UK, combining local understanding with a broad network and reach.

No fluff. Just recruitment done properly.
