Jeffrey Lu

Jeffrey Lu is currently the Site Head at WuXi Chemistry, overseeing the Waigaoqiao manufacturing facility and ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Previously, they served as the Engineering Director at STA Pharmaceutical, where they led equipment management and facility development. Jeffrey has also held significant roles at Zimmer Biomet as Head of Facility & EHS and as Maintenance Manager at AstraZeneca, where they successfully implemented maintenance best practices and fostered a Lean-TPM system. They earned a Master of Engineering in Electronics from Zhejiang University, enhancing their robust foundation in engineering and facility management.
