Joe Yee Tan has a diverse range of work experience in the travel industry. Joe Yee started at Symphony BPO Solutions, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, Quality Analyst, and Trainer from May 2010 to October 2013. Joe Yee then joined Booking.com as a Hotels Coordinator from November 2013 to April 2015, where they focused on acquiring new contracts and achieving the target for open bookable hotels in Malaysia.
After that, Joe worked at Traveloka from August 2015 to December 2018. Joe Yee initially served as an Associate Market Manager, achieving the target for property acquisition. Later, they became a Quality Assurance Supervisor and implemented a quality assurance measurement matrix to improve agent performance.
In January 2019, Joe joined Trip4Asia as the Manager of Business Development. Joe Yee was responsible for starting new projects, involving strategic planning, budgeting, proposal creation, branding, and sales pitches.
Most recently, Joe began working at STAAH in November 2019 as a Sales Development professional.
Joe Yee Tan earned a Diploma in Mass Communications with a specialization in Public Relations from Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC) in Malaysia. Joe Yee studied at TARC from 2007 to 2009.
