Ravi Dhariwal

Ravi Dhariwal's work experience begins in 2016 as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank. In this role, they answered customer questions, monitored account statuses, and reviewed account charges. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Training & On-boarding Specialist at Reshotel, where they managed hotel listings and resolved customer requests. Since 2020, Ravi has been a Customer Success Manager at STAAH, building and maintaining relationships with key customers. Ravi analyzes customer data and feedback, collaborates with product teams, leads onboarding and training sessions, and provides ongoing support for customer adoption.
