Swapnali Date

Swapnali Date has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Swapnali started their career in 2006 as a Reservation Supervisor at The Orchid, Mumbai, where they were responsible for making reservations, handling group bookings, training new staff, and coordinating with different departments of the hotel. Swapnali then joined Avanta in 2008 as a Senior Service Coordinator, where they attended to the reception desk and provided reception services. In 2009, they returned to The Orchid, Mumbai as a Reservation Supervisor, where they continued to handle reservations and was responsible for reconfirming arrivals, updating guest preferences, and following up on cancellations. In 2010, they joined Meluha The Fern as a Reservation Executive and later transitioned into the role of Swapnali Dere. In this role, they were part of the pre-opening team and handled hotel reservations for both Meluha and Rodas hotel. Swapnali worked at Meluha The Fern until 2013. In 2014, they joined STAAH as a Support member, and later that year, they worked as a Reservation Executive at Panaromic hotels and resorts.

From 1990 to 2000, Swapnali Date attended D.M.S. High School. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce along with a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology. The specific field of study for their Bachelor's degree is not provided.
