Carla Scheffer has nearly 30 years of experience as a constructor, designer, advisor, and project leader in building construction. Carla began their career at Ingenieursbureau Zonneveld from 1993 to 1999, working on notable projects across the Netherlands. After serving as an advisor at Holland Railconsult, Carla took on leadership roles at ABT bv from 2008 to 2016. Currently, Carla works as an advisor at STAB, providing expert advice to judges on technical aspects of environmental law disputes. Carla holds degrees in Civil Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft and in Judicial Expertise from Universiteit Leiden.
