Stabifix provide advanced techniques and synergies for CAPEX-free beer clarification and stabilisation.

We understand the complexities of beer clarification and stabilisation. After all, we invented the application of silica gel technology for the protein stabilisation of beer which in turn increases the beer's colloidal stability and enhances its shelf-life. We also introduced the use of silica sol for beer clarification and haze reduction.

Today we are a global supplier of the four key technologies brewers need for CAPEX-free beer clarification and stabilisation.

Our silica gels, sols, enzymes, PVPP and gallotannins enhance beer colloidal stability and its shelf life without impacting beer quality parameters including flavour, foam or colour.

Our product portfolio includes:
✅ Silica gels - xerogels, hydrated xerogels, & hydrogels for protein stabilisation of beer
✅ Silica sol - various aqueous grades for beer clarification
✅ Enzymes - clarifying and stabilising enzyme proline-specific endopeptidase which can also be used for gluten-reduced beer brewing; plus viscosity reducing enzymes for efficient beer filtration
✅ Gallotannin / Tannic Acid - highly purified, fast-dissolving granules for rapid adsorption of haze-active proteins
✅ PVPP - single use for strong, selective adsorption of haze reactive polyphenols

Our technical team of brewers can help you evaluate which applications work best for your process, recipe, and the shelf-life you want for your beers.

So, whether it's a crystal clear beer or a hazy one, let's keep it stable!
