Tom Kiddle

Tom Kiddle is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Co-Founder of Stable since May 2025. Previously, Tom held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Equals Money, overseeing commercial performance from June 2022 to May 2025. Tom's earlier roles include Country Manager for the UK at WorldFirst, responsible for the P&L of the UK & UAE operations, and various leadership roles at Western Union International Bank and Western Union Business Solutions, where Tom managed teams and drove significant revenue growth. Tom's educational background includes a BSc Hons in Medical Genetics from The University of Sheffield and multiple professional certifications from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and the International Compliance Association.
