Lea Nicholson possesses extensive experience in IT systems management and customer success, with a background in the British Army from October 1995 to July 2011, where various roles included IT Systems/Team Deployment Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing communication systems and technical teams for military operations. Following military service, Lea held positions at Microsoft from October 2021 to October 2024 as Technical Program Manager and Senior Customer Success Account Manager, driving operational models for cloud technologies and enhancing customer relationships. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success at Stable since October 2024, Lea focuses on customer growth initiatives and operational process improvement.
