Ryan L. is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Stable. With extensive experience at Microsoft, Ryan held multiple roles including Principal Technical Program Manager, where responsibilities included leading the development of a secure management system for Sovereign Cloud, and Senior Program Manager, driving operational models for new cloud services. Ryan also played a pivotal role as National Technology Lead, advising key business decision-makers on digital transformation. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director for a Community Amateur Sports Club, where Ryan led organizational transformation, and Head of Enterprise Infrastructure at HQ Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, managing IT infrastructure. Ryan's educational background includes an MSc in Information Capability Management from Cranfield University and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of South Wales.
