Simon Wills

Simon Wills currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Stable, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Simon Wills contributed significantly to Microsoft from June 2016 to April 2024 as a Principal Project Manager and previously as a Project Manager on a contract basis. Simon Wills also managed projects at WIREDLIGHT LIMITED from June 2016 to April 2021 and at BAE Systems from April 2009 to June 2016, where the role was project manager on a contract basis. Earlier experience includes project management positions at Foundation IT from February 2009 to June 2013 and again from 2004 to 2008, as well as serving as a Professional Services Manager at Softcat Ltd from January 2008 to February 2009.
