Emily Creek has worked in the professional space since 2001. Emily began their career at the Arthritis Foundation, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Director of Help & Support and Engagement, Senior Director of Digital Help & Support, Senior Director of Consumer Insights, Engagement & Web Strategy, Senior Director of Consumer Health Marketing & Strategy, Director of Consumer Research & Marketing, Circulation Director, Circulation Manager, and Database Coordinator. During their time there, they co-led a board-level task team to define constituent needs in the digital space and generated $1.5 million in print & digital subscriptions annually.

In 2020, Emily Creek joined Stable Kernel as Senior Director, Customer Insights & Strategy, and later held the roles of Director, Customer Insights & Strategy, and Manager, Customer Insights and Strategy.

Emily Creek obtained their MBA from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business in 2009, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Emily received their BA in Psychology and Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington in 1998. In 2021, Emily obtained a Foundations in Design Thinking certification from IDEO U.
