Jami Sieder has held various positions in the past 25 years. In 1993, they were a Community Program Intern at The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. The following year, they were an Education Department Intern at the same museum. In 1995, they were a Sales and Specification Representative at Champion International Corporation. From 1998 to 2000, they held the role of Creative Services Manager at International Papers and then moved to Smart Papers as the Director of Creative Services. From 2006 to 2009, they were a High School English Teacher at North Springs Charter High School. Jami then moved to Big Nerd Ranch, LLC, as the Director of Training: Global Business Development. In 2015, they became an Independent Contractor as a Collaborative Leader, Learning Programs Strategist, and Consultant. Finally, in 2016, they joined Stable Kernel as the Chief People & Culture Officer and later as the VP Operations, where they focused on evaluating, building and implementing the systems, tools, and programs that help employees love coming to work and that support them in getting their best work done for clients.

Jami Sieder has a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Communication Arts & Sciences from DePauw University, which they obtained between 1991 and 1995. In 1993, they also studied Communication Arts & Sciences and Literature at the University of Exeter. In 2004, they earned their Masters in English Education from Georgia State University. In addition to their degrees, Jami has obtained five certifications in 2021, including the Talent Strategy Masterclass with Lynda Gratton, The Feedback Loop - Radical Candor, Management Masterclass with Jim Collins, Personal Leadership & Organizational Culture Masterclass with Adam Grant, and a Georgia Professional Teaching Certificate.
