Lastly, from 2004 to 2007, they worked at Accenture in various roles such as EM Architect and Lead Developer, where they planned and led benchmark testing, led the development of collections management systems, and contributed to the development of web services.

Thornton Rose completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from the University of West Florida from 1988 to 1991. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1988, Thornton studied Computer Science at Tulane University. In 2014, Thornton obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
