Justin Friedman

Justin Friedman is a public policy advisor and investor specializing in crypto and fintech, with a diverse background in regulation and innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Policy at Stablecon, they organize programming for the annual conference on stablecoins and engage with various stakeholders. Previously, at Plaid, they advocated for personal financial data rights and shaped reforms in financial data portability and privacy, leveraging their expertise to promote open banking and financial inclusion. With a strong foundation in legislative affairs from roles in the U.S. House of Representatives and the New York State Department of Financial Services, Justin has consistently focused on empowering underserved communities through digital financial services. They hold a B.A. from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
