Seb de Lemos has held various positions in the tech industry since 2004. Seb began their career as a Director at Paragon Internet Group Ltd. in 2004. In 2013, they became the Owner of Siteswitch EOOD. In 2015, they became the MD of Paragon Internet Group at HostEurope. In 2016, they became the Business Owner of Xerxes Holdings Limited. In 2017, they became the MD of Paragon Internet Group at GoDaddy. In 2018, they became the CEO of Upmind, a billing, sales and automation platform for service businesses, as well as the Business Owner of fixed.net. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder of Stablepoint, a mass-scale hosting platform built on top of global public cloud providers. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder of Verpex.

Seb de Lemos attended St Gregory's Catholic College from 1997 to 2003, where they completed their secondary school education. Seb then attended Prior Park College from 2003 to 2005, where they achieved A Levels in Classics, German, Music, and Drama. In 2005, they started their undergraduate studies at Durham University, where they graduated with a BA (2.1) in Seb'story in 2008. Seb then moved to University of Bristol and completed an MSc in Sociology in 2011.
