With extensive experience as an Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator, Edward has successfully managed a variety of refurbishment and new build projects across multiple sectors, distinguished by a commitment to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service. Prior to Stace, Edward was a Senior Associate at Glenny LLP, where responsibilities included overseeing commercial and residential developments from inception to post-completion defect rectification. Edward also gained valuable experience as a Senior Building Surveyor at EC Harris, focusing on industrial and commercial properties, office fit-outs, due diligence surveys, and landlord-tenant matters. Edward holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England and a National Diploma in Construction from Chelmsford College.
