Michael Cantalino

Michael Cantalino is an experienced leader in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People & Talent at StackAI since August 2025. Prior to this role, Michael co-founded Focal Systems, where responsibilities included directing initiatives for attracting and retaining top talent, as well as overseeing operations and sales. Michael's previous experience also includes roles as Director of Channel Consulting at inDinero, managing channel sales for an accounting SaaS platform, and serving as a Senior Finance Consultant at GDS Group, where account management for Fortune 500 companies was a focus. Additionally, Michael co-founded VTrip Travel, innovating a business model that engaged students in volunteer tourism. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern University and completed the Y Combinator program.
