Cristal Elias

Cristal Elias has a diverse work experience. Cristal began their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at Ferrada Carpet Cleaning, where they provided a high level of customer service and client relations. In 2010, they worked as a Crew Member at Wendys International. From 2011 to 2013, they were an IT Assistant & Help Desk at Sinclair Community College, where they provided IT customer assistance and troubleshot common hardware/software issues. In 2016, they became a Web Developer at Edict Systems, performing analysis and design of web components and services. In 2017, they worked as an ISO Coordinator at Clayton Homes, responsible for every aspect of the ISO certification process. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have worked at STACK Construction Technologies as a Bilingual Software Trainer and Bilingual Account Executive, assessing individual/group training needs, teaching Software users to use STACK, promoting courses, and presenting products to prospective clients.

Cristal Elias obtained their Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Computer Information Systems - Software Development from Sinclair Community College between 2011 and 2015. Prior to this, they graduated from Lebanon High School in 2010. Cristal has also obtained numerous certifications from Lynda.com, such as "Construction Estimating Takeoff" (2019), "Fast Easy Cover Design" (2016), "Bootstrap 3: Adding Interactivity to Your Site" (2016), and "Customer Service" from the International Business Training Association (IBTA) in 2010.
