Jennifer Cunningham

Jennifer Cunningham has worked in the industry since 1995. Jennifer began their career at CSC Mortgage Services as a Credit Investigator, and was later promoted to Production Leader, Quality Control Specialist, Client Services Representative, and Client Services Supervisor. In their role as Customer Success Manager, they managed technical, billing, and escalated customer service for 4K+ clients and 25 salespersons with primary operations contact for top strategic clients. Jennifer then transitioned to Kai Data LLC in 2014, where they held the role of Director of Sales Operations. In this role, they redeployed to reenvision how the Sales and Sales Operations teams work, innovating, redesigning, and automating processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Jennifer also held the role of Director Sales, Sales Operations Manager, and Sales Administrator, where they were responsible for tracking and assigning leads, developing and implementing new systems, and executing processes to improve efficiency across sales teams. Most recently, they were hired as the Sales Enablement Manager at STACK Construction Technologies in 2022.
