Justin Couchot

Justin Couchot has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin is currently working at STACK Construction Technologies as the Manager of User Experience. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Senior UI/UX Designer.

In 2018, Justin worked as a Freelance Product Designer, providing design and product strategy services to startup clients in the medical, law, fundraising, and industrial chemical verticals. Justin focused on building brand identity, UI and UX designs, and establishing best practices for design and development handoff.

Before their freelance work, Justin was the Innovation Design Lead at Sourcebits Digital, where they led innovation and software solutions for startups and enterprise clients. Justin collaborated with a global team of designers and developers, serving industries ranging from Fortune 25 consumer goods companies to healthcare startups and automotive companies.

Justin also has experience as a Product Designer at Krush Technologies, where they designed social-based video applications and led the redesign of ooVoo, a product with over 180 million users. Justin was involved in various aspects, including writing requirements, designing social algorithms, and taking on higher product management roles.

Justin began their career as an Environment Artist at Forgotten Empires, where they designed and built campaign environments, modeled buildings, and worked on unannounced projects. Justin also gained experience as a Visual Design Intern at Atomic Robot, designing user interfaces and experiences for mobile devices and contributing to company branding.

Additionally, Justin worked as a Resident Assistant at Savannah College of Art and Design, creating and organizing programs for self-improvement, community building, and diversity. Justin also served as an Instructor for iD Tech Camps, teaching environment and level design.
