Michelle Lara

Michelle Lara has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle started their career as a Summer Assistant at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago in 2017, where they mentored high-school students pursuing healthcare careers. Michelle also worked as a Receptionist at Clawdia's Beauty Salon and as a Seasonal Server at Corky's Catering, Inc. In 2018, Michelle interned at Logan Square Neighborhood Association as an Urban Planning Intern, where they canvassed and strategized plans to connect neighbors to available resources. Michelle also worked as an Event Staff for the Athletics Department at Valparaiso University, managing various positions and providing exceptional customer care. In 2019, they transitioned to a role as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. From 2020 to 2022, Michelle worked as a Behavior Technician at Applied Behavioral Services, specializing in therapy for children with autism spectrum disorders. Michelle then became an Account Manager at Sway Solutions, a role they held from November 2022 to March 2023. Currently, Michelle is a Bilingual Business Development Representative at STACK Construction Technologies.
