Robert Vazquez

Robert Vazquez has over 15 years of work experience in the information security field. Robert began their career in 2004 as an IT Field Solutions Analyst for International Speedway Corporation (ISC). Robert then served as an IT Support Specialist for WCI Communities and NationsHealth in 2005 and 2006, respectively. In 2007, they were a Systems Administrator for Eventus Group. From 2009 to 2020, they were employed at the Independent Purchasing Cooperative, where they held the roles of Security Manager, Security Analyst, and IT Support & Operations. In 2020, they were promoted to Chief Information Security Officer at the same company. In 2022, they accepted the same position at STACK Construction Technologies.

Robert Vazquez obtained their Associates of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Communications from ITT Technical Institute. Robert also holds a number of certifications, including the GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC) obtained in September 2019, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) obtained in February 2016, CompTIA Security+ Certification obtained in June 2009, GIAC Law of Data Security & Investigations (GLEG) obtained in August 2020, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) obtained in July 2014, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) obtained in June 2016, and Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) obtained in October 2012.
