Smriti Tomar

Smriti Tomar is a seasoned professional with experience in the banking and financial services, marketing, and business development sectors. In 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Stack (YC S21), a modern wealth management platform. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Business Data Analyst for EXL, specializing in the banking and financial services sector for Citibank's Mexican subsidiary, Banamex. From 2016 to 2018, they worked in marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, exploring and implementing fundamental marketing skills through analysis and research of case studies by Harvard Business School. Smriti also worked in business development at Appointy Software Inc in 2016, participating in the product development cycle and designing models for user research and feedback.

Smriti Tomar is currently enrolled in Y Combinator. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in 2018. Smriti also holds a High School Diploma from Carmel Convent School - India, obtained in 2014. In addition, they have two certifications, one in Blockchain and FinTech: Basics, Applications, and Limitations from The University of Hong Kong obtained in October 2018, and an IBM Certified Blockchain Developer from IBM obtained in September 2018.
