Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Crosby Hops and a Board Member at Corliss Wine Companies, Clair specializes in advisory services for winery, vineyard, and fulfillment businesses. Previous roles include Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Polaris Modular, where a tech-enabled approach was taken to affordable housing solutions. As Winery Director at Willamette Valley Vineyards, Clair managed marketing and production operations, while earlier positions included Director of Marketing at Troon Vineyard and Proprietor at God King Slave Wines. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Business Entrepreneurship from Oregon State University, an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and certifications from the Wines & Spirits Educational Trust and Court of Master Sommeliers.
