As the CEO and Founder of Polaris Modular since August 2019, Douglas has driven innovation in modular manufacturing for diverse developments. Prior roles include Managing Director & Venture Partner at BoomStartup, where Douglas oversaw company selection and investment in over 75 startups, and Chief Operating Officer at Vutiliti, focusing on strategic business planning and operational efficiency. Douglas also co-founded GlassView Media and served as CEO of VC Plans and White Rhino Ventures, demonstrating a strong background in venture capital, business planning, and operational management. An analyst at Goldman Sachs early in the career, Douglas brings a robust financial acumen supported by dual MBA degrees in Finance and Business Management.
