Åge Hellem

Åge Hellem is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in governance, corporate management, and accounting. Currently serving as Vice President, Governance & Corporate Secretary at STACK Infrastructure since September 2019, Åge also holds leadership roles in tax and accounting for the Nordics region. Prior to this, Åge was the Director of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Neptune Properties AS from August 2016 to August 2019. Earlier roles include Accounting Manager at Storm Capital Management Ltd., and various management positions across multiple organizations, including CEO at Kvestor Bergen AS and Managing Director at Nordhordland Transportkontor AL. Åge's educational background includes a Bachelor in Auditing, complemented by credentials as a State Authorised Public Accountant.
