Eric Duvall

Eric Duvall, P.E. currently serves as the Director of Development at STACK Infrastructure since June 2023. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at JCL Consulting, LLC from August 2015 to June 2023, including Director of Engineering and Project Manager. Eric's career includes experience as a Civil Engineer at Land Design Consultants from October 2012 to August 2015, and at Bowman Consulting from May 2008 to October 2012. Early in the career, Eric gained valuable experience as an intern at Trammell Crow Residential and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, and worked as a Construction Laborer at EMH Environmental, Inc. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and completed additional education in Land Development Engineering at the Engineers and Surveyor's Institute, obtaining the designation of Fairfax Designated Plan Examiner in 2012.
