François Jonas Lefébure

François Jonas Lefébure is a Director of Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs with over five years of experience in policy initiatives for global platforms in the mobility and learning sectors. Currently, François serves as the Director of Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs for EMEA at STACK Infrastructure, overseeing strategic efforts across the Nordics and Switzerland. Previously, François held roles at Bolt as a Public Policy Manager, focusing on ride hailing and micromobility, and at LinkedIn, where they centralised EMEA efforts in Government Learning Solutions. François holds a Master’s in Government and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s in Politics and International Relations from University College Dublin, complemented by a multicultural perspective shaped through various experiences in policy and regulatory affairs.
