Heather Paduck

Heather Paduck is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Stack Infrastructure. Heather has previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Northwood Investors LLC and Pembroke Real Estate. Heather has also held the position of Director at Fidelity Investments.

Heather has a wealth of experience in financial planning, analysis, debt capital markets, and technology initiatives. Heather has managed global teams located in Denver, London, Luxembourg, and Reading (UK). Heather's portfolio includes 23.1 million square feet of office and retail assets, 7,500 multifamily units and 1,762 hotel keys with $420 million of net operating income, $6 billion of equity AUM and $14 billion of total enterprise value.

At Pembroke Real Estate, Heather lead and directed the finance, accounting, treasury, debt capital markets and technology functions for this global real estate investment and development advisory company. The portfolio included 7.6 million square feet of core, value-add and development projects in the office, residential, retail and mixed-use sectors.

Prior to their work in the real estate industry, Heather was a Director at Fidelity Investments.

Heather Paduck's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Suffolk University, and a degree from the University of Melbourne.
