Ian Heller

Ian Heller currently serves as the Director of Technical Operations (APAC) at STACK Infrastructure, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ian worked as a Mechanical Subject Matter Expert at Facebook and Meta from January 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing the operations and maintenance of a large-scale, energy-efficient data center. From August 2015 to January 2021, Ian was the Chief Test Engineering Manager at the Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center, overseeing complex ship maintenance and modernization. Ian also served as Maintenance Manager/Nuclear Mechanical Subject Matter Expert at Commander, Submarine Group SEVEN between January 2012 and August 2015, focusing on mission-critical repairs on deployed submarines. Ian's career began in the US Navy, where duties included supervising nuclear reactor operations from April 2005 to January 2012. Ian holds a B.S. in Applied Science and Technology with a focus on Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, completed between 2011 and 2015.
