Leonardo Giroletti

Leonardo Giroletti is currently the Senior Director of Legal at STACK Infrastructure, where they focus on driving digital transformation within a PE-backed environment. They have previously served as an Associate at Giliberti Triscornia e Associati and Squire Patton Boggs. Prior to that, Leonardo held the position of Interim Legal Counsel at BD and trained as a lawyer at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati. They hold a Corso di perfezionamento per giuristi di impresa from Università Bocconi and a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
